Backcountry Touring, Patagonia Style

Useless… or essential?

Patagonia’s latest snow campaign is based on the idea that whilst chasing powder is useless, those little moments of pleasure you find when searching for the perfect pow are “essential” to life. In their words, they’re celebrating “The 5am, ‘smells-like-ski-boot’ car rides. The overstuffed, delightfully overheated backcountry huts. The post-tour high-fives. The slippery skintracks and smashed, half-frozen sandwiches.”

Find out more about Patagonia’s Backcountry Touring range here.
