Digital Advertising Account Manager

We’re hiring a Digital Advertising Account Manager to join our team

We’re a digital advertising and performance marketing agency based in Sheffield who are looking to expand our team. We manage a pan-European client base of outdoor and lifestyle apparel brands including Patagonia, Stanley 1913, Teva, Universal Works, Outsiders Store, Kavu and Gramicci.

We’re looking for someone who has 3 years of agency side account management experience with a deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising in domestic and international markets. Our ideal candidate would have a proactive approach to digital advertising with an interest in helping ethically minded brands and businesses grow.

• Sociable hours – Monday to Friday, 9 – 5:30

Main duties and responsibilities

• Be responsible for the creation, implementation and management of digital advertising and marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms for multiple clients
• Contribute to the development of and manage the overall strategy put in place for each of our clients to grow
• Support your fellow team members in the deployment and management of campaigns and clients they’re responsible for
• Be a key point of contact for clients and develop client relationships through proactive account management

Essential

• 2 years of agency side account management experience with at least 1 year at a senior marketing level
• Proactive account management skills through effective and confident communication with clients
• Team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strategic digital marketing knowledge and experience
• Expertise in digital advertising on but not limited to the following platforms:
  • Facebook, Instagram
  • Google, YouTube
  • Bing
  • X
  • Pinterest
  • Snapchat
• Working knowledge of GA4
• Experience using Shopify or Magento
• Practical understanding and application of SEO best practices

Desirable

• Experience in the outdoor and lifestyle apparel industry
• Passion for outdoor activities and sports
• Proficient in Photoshop or similar 
• Copywriting experience
• Google Looker Studio experience
• Experience with WordPress
• HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge
